Delivery Options and Costs
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: (3-5 working days) – £4.95 or FREE on orders over £75
- Express Delivery: (2-3 working days) – £6.95
- Next Day Delivery: (Order before 2 pm, excluded weekends) – £9.95
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to two working days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During sale periods or other peak times, there may be a slight delay in processing.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we are unable to reroute orders once they have been dispatched. If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
